Welcome. On the 15th of March, 2007 at 12:43pm my wife died in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. We had been together over 10 years. This blog is a tool for me to express and journal my journey after the loss.

Anniversary
Today would have been our 10 year wedding anniversary but instead, it's been 8 months today.

I will speak here for myself and the entire Forester clan when I say we are forever grateful to you for the love and understanding and care you gave to our Carol over these last ten years of her life.
Nothing could have made her happier than to have met you and have you for her husband and best friend for the years she had left to her. You gave her a little love story, made her a wife and companion, gave her a home and a purpose. You gave her nine other wedding anniversaries.
Whenever you're feeling down, or feeling you were less than the perfect husband, I want you to take all that to the bank of good deeds and deposit it!
