Just a quick note to let everyone know today is going better than I thought it would. The wind was too strong to go golf but plan on trying again tomorrow. I ended up going last night at the last min. It was very very hard even though I probably looked like I was doing fine. I wanted to go and I'm happy I did.

I was so happy to see you last night at the Christmas Eve party. Everyone pretty much understood that it was tough for you to be there, the representative of our dear Carol, as it were. We were just glad to see you and know you were doing okay.
You looked good, too, I want to add, but I'm iffy on the hair length! Ha!!

Glad you came to Christmas Eve. I know it must have been very hard since you were there with Carol last year, but we were glad to see you. I hope it made you feel stronger and better because you did it. You have almost made it through the first holidays, I think they are the hardest so you should be feeling a little relief that you are almost through, and on to what I hope will be a good new year for you.
